Ahead of the summer season and World Gin Day on June 8th, William Grant & Sons is introducing its new luxury spirit to celebrate the warmer weather: Silent Pool Gin.
Silent Pool Gin is a London Dry Gin crafted from 24 botanicals and locally sourced honey, the company states. The spirit is crafted using a blend of botanicals inspired by the indigenous florals in the village of Albury, including local lavender, chamomile, elderflower, linden and Aubrey honey. Its flavor profile is crafted through a four-step mosaic distillation process reminiscent of perfume making.
On the nose, Silent Pool Gin offers floral notes, according to the company. On the palate, juniper takes the lead, accompanied by herbal flavors. A lingering well-rounded sweetness reminiscent of pear gives way to textured honey notes.
Now available nationwide in the U.S., Silent Pool Gin is bottled at 43% ABV and has an SRP of $59.99.
