RNDC Expands Organizational Structure in New York


Republic National Distributing Company (RNDC) is preparing to expand its current structure in New York, with the addition of Matt Fraas as Executive Vice President of Sales in the RNDC NY/Opici organization, the company states.

“As we continue to evolve and expand our footprint in New York, we recognize the need to assess our structure to ensure we have the strongest management team in place to support our growth,” said Melissa Linehan, RNDC East Region President, in a news release. “These
changes will continue to position RNDC as a leading sales organization, gaining market share as we grow.”

Aiding in New York Structure’s Success

With more than 16 years of experience in the market, Matt Fraas will be responsible for overseeing the sales operations for the state of New York, according to the company. Most recently, Matt held the role of Vice President of Commercial Strategy at Proximo. Prior to that, he worked with Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits of New York in various capacities, culminating in his role as VP of Sales, Tito’s Handmade Vodka. Directors of Sales, Shea Hannon and Josh Muska and Steven Hutchinson, Senior Vice President Supplier Business Development, will
report to Matt Fraas.

John Gregory will transition into the role of Finance Planning & Analytics Director, reporting to Steven Hutchinson, the company states.

momentum with short- and long-range growth strategies for a successful 2024.”
