Martignetti Companies Announces Leadership Appointments

Martignetti Companies, New England’s leading distributor of wines and spirits, today announced several leadership appointments at its Hartley & Parker Division in Stratford, Connecticut.

Michael Blanchard has been promoted to Vice President, Sales, reporting to Chris Conrad, President, Sales and Marketing for Martignetti Companies. In this role, Blanchard will be responsible for all matters pertaining to sales and marketing in Connecticut. He will establish consistent standards and accountability throughout the organization that will focus on sales execution, supplier relationships, and driving results.

Blanchard, a fifteen-year Martignetti veteran, has had a distinguished career with the Company. He joined the Company after graduating from Boston College and has consistently and successfully advanced through a variety of sales roles, most recently serving as Assistant Vice President, Trade Development for the Diageo North America portfolio.

Additionally, David Rosenberg has been appointed to the role of Senior Vice President, Operations, reporting to Chris Conrad and Dean Crandall, the Company’s CFO. In this role, Rosenberg will oversee the day-to-day operation and work closely with the Senior Leadership Team on the development and implementation of business process improvements and technological enhancements to improve efficiency. He brings more than fifteen- years of industry experience to his new position.

Leading the Connecticut Sales Team and reporting to Blanchard are two veteran sales executives with broad industry experience:

  • Matthew Green has been named Assistant Vice President, Sales. In this role, Green will be responsible for the management of the entire sales team and for the execution of all revenue-related activities, including attainment of sales and performance management objectives.
  • Tim Morrell has been named Assistant Vice President, Portfolio and Pricing Management. In his new role, Morrell will oversee the Supplier Portfolio Management & Pricing Departments. He will be responsible for the development and implementation of all supplier go-to-market strategies.
