Southern Glazer’s Launches Fine Wine Experience on Proof

Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits has launched a dedicated fine wine experience on their ecommerce platform SGProof.com, now available in 30 U.S. markets.

This Proof enhancement supports Southern Glazer’s development of the fine wine and artisanal wine business, focused on delivering results for the company’s growing family of wine partners.

The Fine Wine experience is part of Southern Glazer’s new SG+ enhanced service offering, designed specifically for and around Southern Glazer’s fine wine, artisanal wine, and craft and luxury spirits customers, the company says.

“Our goal with Proof has always been to build the business of the future for our customers, our supplier partners, our sales teams, and Southern Glazer’s,” says Carlos Vigil, Senior Vice President, Proof eCommerce, Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits. “We are continuously working to enhance the platform and launch new features and functionalities that will raise the bar for all of us. The dedicated Fine Wine experience was developed in complete lockstep with this strategy, specifically focused on delivering a customized, engaging experience for our customers and our fine wine sales teams that showcases our extensive portfolio of fine wine.”  

Proof currently serves 142,000 customer accounts and has generated $1.4 billion in revenue year-to-date, the company says. The platform launched in 2019.
