RNDC Announces Leadership Appointments

Republic National Distributing Company (RNDC) Chief Operating Officer Bob Hendrickson today announced new leadership appointments.

“RNDC’s leadership team is a major factor in our company’s success,” says Hendrickson. “With these key appointments, RNDC will continue to offer our suppliers and customers world-class service and support.”

Tom White has been named Executive Vice President of Strategy and Integration. In his new role, White will focus on RNDC’s commercial strategy. Since joining the company in 1983, White has held numerous positions in Maryland, Washington D.C. and Florida. His most recent position was Region President East. White is based in Deerfield Beach, Florida.

Mark Moser has been promoted to Region President East, replacing White. In addition to his current responsibilities for NDC Georgia and New Mexico, Moser now has responsibility for RNDC Florida, Maryland, Virginia, South Carolina and Washington D.C. Moser joined RNDC in 1990 and has held several key roles including Executive Vice President and President of RNDC Arizona. Moser is based in Atlanta, Georgia.

Region President Joe Gigliotti now has expanded responsibilities that include RNDC Idaho, Montana, Oregon, Utah and Wyoming, in addition to his current states of Alabama, Michigan, Mississippi, North Carolina, Ohio, Virginia and West Virginia. Since joining the company in 1983, Gigliotti has managed the Gallo Division in Washington, D.C., as well as various executive roles in Virginia. Gigliotti is based in Richmond, Virginia.

Taylor Sommer has been named Region President of RNDC Texas, Colorado, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana and Oklahoma. Sommer joined the RNDC sales leadership team in 2000 and has held progressive leadership roles across Retail and On Premise Sales. His most recent positions included Executive Vice President of RNDC South Texas and State Executive Vice President of RNDC Colorado. Sommer will be based in Dallas, Texas.

White, Moser, Gigliotti and Sommer will report to COO Bob Hendrickson.
