On-Premise Spirits Director

The Spirit Director On-Premise works closely with the Vice President On-Premise, Division Vice Presidents and Senior Vice President of Sales to manage the spirit business for the On-Premise channel

The Role is to develop the On-Premises Channel for spirits using various methods to discover, model, analyze, measure, improve, optimize and automate On-Premise processes.

The Director of Spirits On-Premise has the following responsibilities:

  • Creation of the On-Premise Vision and Mission for Spirits in conjunction with VP of On-Premise
  • On-premise supplier strategic planning to achieve the supplier Spirit goals, including sales planning and administration
  • Directing, monitoring and controlling On Premise Spirit activities of the Sales Director, Sales Managers and Field Sales Managers through the various divisions
  • Collaborating daily with the On-Premise Key Account, Casinos, New Accounts and National Accounts Departments
  • On-Premise project management for Spirits
  • On-Premise GSM creation
  • Large Key-Account relationships


Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent

Experience & Job Knowledge

  • Prior experience in selling alcoholic beverages or consumer products
  • Experience at a supervisory level, or a Senior Director level from a Supplier

Skills & Abilities

  • Strong communication, verbal, presentation and writing skills
  • Strong supervisory skills in directing, guiding and developing others
  • Proficient in Microsoft office suite
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks
