Republic National Distributing Company (RNDC) announced the purchase of Natural State Distributing, leading independently-owned wine and spirits distribution and import company in Arkansas.
“We are thrilled about the opportunities in Arkansas,” said Nick Mehall, RNDC President and CEO in a news release. “This purchase of Natural State opens new doors for our current and future suppliers and customers. We’re in closer proximity to one of our key customers, Walmart and our presence in Arkansas will further strengthen our capabilities with other chain customers.”
Family owned and operated since 1989, Natural State is one of the leading wine and spirits distribution and import companies in America. The acquisition is effective immediately, allowing RNDC to expand their footprint into Arkansas.
“RNDC is a company best known for industry leading capabilities and extraordinary sales execution, this will allow Natural State to continue to meet the needs and provide best-in-class service to our current suppliers, as well as expand to include new ones,” said Natural State Distributing President Kim Crawford in the release.
