Location: Cicero, IL

Overview:

The Sales Coordinator supports the sales management team with reporting and tracking in order to develop and nurture an “information rich” environment lending itself to the successful delivery of the annual business plan.  Must be proficient in Excel V- lookups, sumifs, countifs and creation/manipulation of pivot tables. This is an entry level position.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Assists Sales and District Managers to create effective business proposals that enable improved program execution
    • Provide ad hoc reporting for sales teams.
    • Assists with performance tracking and management tools. May include integrating internal, syndicated and customer specific data.
    • Prepares and submits monthly pricing files from Trade +, annual plan updates, and key program tracking.
    • Works with Trade Development to optimize the monthly execution tracking process (inputs) and reporting functionality (outputs).
    • Provide ad hoc reporting for sales teams.

Minimum Qualifications:

    • Preferred college degree BA/BS
    • Excellent MS Office skills
    • Industry knowledge and knowledge of Liquor Board Regulations desired

    Physical Demands of Job:

    • Frequent hand motion with answering and dialing phones and computer work
    • Frequent arm movement associated with sorting and filing
    • Occasional carrying and lifting of 15 pounds to perform various office duties
    • Occasional immediate and overhead reaching to perform various duties
    • Occasional standing for short amounts of time to perform various duties
    • Occasional walking for short amounts of time to perform various duties
    • Extended sitting for long periods of time at desk or workstation
    • Occasional pushing and pulling of filing cabinet drawers and use of other small office machines to perform various duties
    • Minimal squatting or bending to perform various duties
