Republic National Distributing Company (RNDC) has announced the signing of a Letter of Intent (LOI) to create a partnership in Illinois with Heritage Wine Cellars Ltd., an independently owned wine and spirits distribution and import company.
“This partnership will allow RNDC to expand our footprint into Illinois, creating strategic opportunities that will benefit our business partners in a rapidly changing and highly competitive marketplace,” RNDC President and CEO Tom Cole says. “All of us at RNDC are excited to partner with Heritage Wine Cellars, Ltd., an established family-owned company with an excellent reputation for brand-building and customer service.”
The LOI is effective immediately, with the official partnership beginning in the third quarter of 2021.
