With Cinco de Mayo just a few weeks away, now is the time to start putting together drink menu’s for one of the booziest holidays of the year. We’ve whipped up some delectable cocktail recipes that are simple to make and are even more refreshing to drink.
The Daisy
Ingredients
- 2 oz silver tequila
- 1 oz pH Pineapple Rosemary Shrub
- ¾ oz pH Herbalicious Syrup
- 1 oz fresh lime juice
Instructions
- Shake or stir
- Rim the glass with rosemary salt
- Strain into a glass over ice
Light and Soul
Ingredients
- 2 oz Contraluz Cristalino Mezcal
- ½ oz Alma Finca Orange Liqueur
- ½ oz Nixta Licor de Elote
- 1 oz Lime Cordial
- ½ oz Hagave Spiced Nectar
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a shaker
- Shake with ice
- Strain and serve into a rocks glass with a chiltepin salt rim
Espolòn Pitaya Margarita
Ingredients
- 2 parts Espolòn Tequila Blanco
- 1 part Grand Marnier Cordon Rouge
- .75 parts lime juice
- 3 parts dragon fruit juice
Instructions
- Salt the rim
- Shake liquid ingredients with ice and strain into cocktail glass
- Garnish with a flourish of colorful pitaya or lime
SKYY Agave Lime Margarita
Ingredients
- 2 oz. SKYY Infusions Agave lime
- .25 lime
- .25 agave syrup
Instructions
- Salt the rim
- Build in a shaking tin
- Shake with plenty of ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass
- Garnish with a lime wheel
HOP WTR Mock-arita Magic
Ingredients
- 3 oz fresh pineapple juice
- ½ oz agave
- ¼ oz sweetened GingerJuice
- 3 drops liquid chlorophyll (*optional)
- Lime HOP WTR
Instructions
- Add everything to a shaker tin except the Lime HOP WTR
- Shake all of the ingredients with ice and strain into a glass over fresh ice
- Top with Lime HOP WTR
- Garnish with mint and a lime wheel
Las Californias California Love
Ingredients
- 2 oz Las Californias Cítrico
- 1.5 oz ginger kombucha
- .75 oz lime juice
- .25 oz simple syrup (optional)
- mint leaves
Instructions
- Add Las Californias Cítrico, kombucha, lime juice and simple syrup to a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously
- Strain over fresh ice
- Garnish with mint
