VINTUS Brings Wine Portfolio to Connecticut

Martignetti Companies, New England’s leading distributor of wines and spirits, and VINTUS, a Wine and Spirits Magazine’s “Importer of the Year” for the last nine years, just announced the appointment of Martignetti Companies Connecticut division, Hartley and Parker, as VINTUS’ preferred distributor representing their full portfolio statewide in Connecticut.

“We’re delighted to extend our partnership with the Martignetti family and their outstanding team. Martignetti has supported our company since its founding, and we are fully aligned with their standards of professionalism, fine wine expertise, and ambition,” said Michael Quinttus, CEO of VINTUS, in a news release.

Founded in April 2004 by Quinttus, VINTUS is a New York-based fine wine importer with a focused portfolio of exceptional, diverse, estate-based producers of hand-crafted wines from around the world. Partnership Expansion Into Connecticut

Martignetti Companies’ history, as a multi-generational distributor, mirrors that of VINTUS as they enter their second generation of leadership. Both companies share a similar vision and values – to represent family-owned, estate vineyards.

For more than 20 years, Martignetti Companies has been proud to represent the VINTUS portfolio in Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Rhode Island. With a highly educated team of sales professionals, many of whom are Certified Wine Specialists, Martignetti has a proven track record of building fine wine brands and providing supplier partners with superior, best-in-class customer service and innovative resources.

“We are thrilled to expand our relationship with VINTUS to include the State of Connecticut. As VINTUS implements their growth strategy and introduces new items, they will have the full support of our Company regionally throughout New England,” said Carmine Martignetti, President of Martignetti Companies, in the release.
