Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits announced that it has published its 2021 Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Report. The CSR Report details Southern Glazer’s efforts in environmental sustainability, employee education, and diversity and equity.
“The inspiring efforts of our Southern Glazer’s family have grown the heart of hospitality both within our organization and beyond,” says Wayne E. Chaplin, Chief Executive Officer, Southern Glazer’s. “We look back at 2021 with great pride and look forward to another year filled with lasting impact on the communities we serve.”
The CSR Report also details Southern Glazer’s employee volunteering program, VolunCheers. During 2021, Southern Glazer’s employees logged more than 7,600 volunteer hours and organized 186 employee-led volunteer events for 154 unique charities.
Leveraging virtual programming, Southern Glazer’s platformed educational content for students of all backgrounds. This included the promotion of safe and responsible alcohol consumption and education around Diversity and Inclusion.
