Republic National Distributing Company has announced the promotion of Tracy Ariail to Senior Vice President, eCommerce and Digital. She will report to Bob Hendrickson, Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President.
In her expanded role, Ariail will be responsible for the strategy and execution of the digital customer experience and driving RNDC’s online sales platform, eRNDC. This online B2B technology provides connectivity, access to account information and sales support, the company says.
“We are excited about Tracy taking the leadership role in our innovation strategy to provide our customers and suppliers with a digital solution and technology platform that delivers ordering efficiencies, product features, and just-in-time customer service,” says RNDC/YMCO Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President Bob Hendrickson. “Tracy has a proven track record in transforming the business through creative technology solutions which she brings to this new role. Her expertise in eCommerce will support our long-term plan to provide best-in-class services in the distribution tier of the beverage alcohol business.”
Ariail joined RNDC in 2017. She is known as a technology leader with a work history spanning multiple industries and positions leading application development, enterprise architecture and information management, the company says.
