Guy Fieri shared with People Magazine that the product from two of Santo Spirits’ freight trucks was stolen on the weekend of November 9. The trucks contained 440 cases of tequila, or 24,240 bottles, including Santo Blanco, Reposado and a specially-made Extra Añejo, which took 39 months to create. The value of the product is about $1 million.

It appears this was an organized crime effort where the trucks were illegally double brokered to different carriers who transferred the product to their trucks after it crossed over the border into Laredo, Texas.

Guy is offering a $10k reward to anyone who finds the trucks.

The company’s distiller in Mexico is “on a 24/7 schedule right now” trying to replenish the supply, according to People. However, he warns that the holiday season, their busiest time of year for sales, will see a shortage of Santo.
