During her tenure at RNDC, Ayesha is best known for her legal expertise and strategic foresight, establishing her as a trusted advisor in multiple facets of law, according to RNDC. Her promotion reflects a commitment to excellence and a proven ability to lead complex legal initiatives across critical areas such as antitrust, corporate governance, employment, business litigation, government affairs, trade practices and mergers and acquisitions (M&A).
Throughout her career, Ayesha has demonstrated the ability to navigate multi-state regulations, offering critical insights that have strengthened RNDC’s position in the wholesale sector, according to the company. Her forward-thinking approach has not only driven the legal department’s growth but also reshaped business practices at RNDC, fostering greater efficiency and adaptability.
Reflecting on her professional journey, Ayesha acknowledges the many individuals who have impacted her career. Notably, she recognizes Alan Rosenberg, RNDC’s General Counsel & Corporate Executive Vice President, for being a true mentor in her development. “Alan has provided more opportunities than I could have imagined. His guidance allowed me to see challenges across various areas of law through a different lens and grow both personally and professionally,” she said in a statement.
When asked about her new role, Ayesha highlighted her enthusiasm for the dynamic legal landscape within private enterprises. “The complexities we face make every day exciting. I’ve come to appreciate the differences between working for a publicly traded company and a privately held business. Partnering with business leaders to shape strategies and engage in thought leadership is incredibly fulfilling.”
In her expanded role, Ayesha will transition into a more strategic leadership capacity, contributing directly to long-term planning efforts, according to RNDC. Her ability to offer a proactive legal perspective will continue to drive innovation within RNDC’s legal strategies, ensuring that the company remains agile and forward-focused. Leading a small but high-performing team, Ayesha’s leadership ensures that RNDC stays ahead of legal challenges while supporting business objectives.
Alan Rosenberg praised Ayesha’s promotion, stating, “Ayesha’s ability to blend legal precision with business strategy makes her an invaluable asset. Her ability to find solutions to highly complicated issues is unparalleled and RNDC (and I) are fortunate to have her on the team. We are confident that she will continue to help RNDC thrive by leveraging her expertise to foster both innovation and growth.”
