Martignetti Companies will be hosting its 10th anniversary of the Women’s Beverage Alcohol Symposium, an event dedicated to empowering women in the alcohol beverage industry. The only symposium of its kind in New England, attendees will have access to speakers, relevant skills training and resources free of charge to women in the beverage alcohol industry, the company states.
This year’s symposium, themed “The Power of YOU,” will take place on September 10, 2024, and will feature an impressive lineup of keynote speakers, panel discussions and networking opportunities. In addition to providing valuable industry knowledge, the symposium will support Martignetti’s deepening collaboration with the Massachusetts Restaurant Association (MRA) through a significant philanthropic donation aimed at supporting their efforts, according to the company.

Together, we are cultivating a platform where diversity, leadership, and industry expertise converge to inspire and elevate women across our field.”
The symposium will kick off with a welcome address by Carmine and Carl Martignetti, followed by a panel discussion and keynote speech by Claudia Schubert, President of Diageo North America, the company states. After lunch, keynote speaker Fran Hauser, a renowned career expert, celebrated author and champion of women in the workplace, will take the stage. Following her speech, attendees will participate in breakout sessions focused on professional development and industry insights.
