Snow Capped Cider, based in Cedaredge, CO, just announced the grand opening of its Taproom & Wine Bar, taking place on July 4, 2024. The venue is set to boast a collection of 100% Colorado-made cider and wine, the company states.
“We’re thrilled to unveil our new taproom nestled in the heart of Cedaredge,” said owner and head cidermaker Kari Williams in a news release. “Our unwavering commitment to showcasing Colorado’s finest cider and wine is our mission at Snow Capped Cider. Join us as we celebrate the amazing terroir of our beautiful state.”
The new Taproom & Wine Bar will showcase Snow Capped Cider’s award-winning selections, including those recognized by the prestigious Good Food Awards, GLINTCAP and CiderCraft. In addition to its updated interior, guests will be able to enjoy wood-fired pizza, charcuterie, sliders, paninis and other small bites, the company states.
The taproom will also host a rotating roster of guest chefs who bring their culinary expertise to the table, showcasing local produce and nearby farms. Expert winemakers will be on hand to discuss their wines, according to the company.
