RNDC Raises Over 1 Million for Prostate Cancer Foundation

RNDC

Last year, Republic National Distributing Company (RNDC) recognized Prostate Cancer Awareness Month throughout the month of September with its fifth annual “#DoBlue” campaign. Prostate cancer affects one in eight men, and one man is diagnosed every two minutes in the U.S. RNDC donations support the Prostate Cancer Foundation (PCF) and its research toward detecting, treating and, one day, finding a cure for prostate cancer.

In the 2022 “#DoBlue” campaign, RNDC raised more than $1 million in charitable donations to the foundation.

“The money raised will directly fund research to fight this disease that affects 1 in 8 men in the US. We hope that RNDC can help encourage men to be proactive in taking care of their health because together, we’re saving lives,” said Scott Lammert, RNDC Executive Vice President, Supplier Business Development, Wine and Spirits. “We blew away our goal – thanks to the hard work of our team and suppliers, we raised $1,113,969. I couldn’t be prouder of this effort and want to thank everyone who helped us achieve this amazing total.”

“PCF is grateful for Republic National Distributing Company’s outstanding support,” said PCF President and CEO Charles J. Ryan, MD. “RNDC’s ‘#DoBlue’ is making a serious impact. Together, we are increasing awareness of prostate cancer and the importance of knowing your own risk, while also accelerating critical research to advance PCF’s mission to end death and suffering from this disease.”
