Republic National Distributing Company (RNDC) and Opici Family Distributing have announced the completion of their formal agreement creating a partnership between RNDC and Opici for their joint distribution of wine and spirits in the State of New York.

Our proactive approach with our suppliers and customers differentiates this joint venture from our competitors and positions us well to build a great new company together in New York—something RNDC has successfully done in several markets. Opici President Linda Opici said, “We are delighted to embark on this venture with RNDC and we believe it will mutually enhance our future growth and success. Our collaboration will capitalize on Opici’s 75-year established foundation in the New York market while creating exciting new opportunities for our customers and suppliers.”
The official partnership is expected to launch on Sept. 1, 2022. The partnership does not extend to Opici’s other five markets.
