RNDC Appoints Boeck as EVP of California

The Republic National Distributing Company has announced the promotion of Brian Boeck to State EVP, California.

Boeck is responsible for the overall performance of both the wine and spirits business for the state of California. His scope includes the execution of results for all aligned supplier partners, driving customer satisfaction and building a talent bench, the company says. He reports to Jay Johnson, Region President, and will remain based in Southern California.

“Brian has a proven track record with over 31 years in the beverage alcohol industry and excels at driving execution and collaborating with our customers and supplier partners,” says Johnson. “He is continuously improving our route to market within California to better service and grow the business for our customers and supplier partners.”

Boeck joined RNDC in 1991 on the front-line roles in warehouse, transportation and merchandising, before he transitioned to various sales and operations leadership positions across the wine and spirits channels. In 2020, Boeck relocated to California for his most recent role as RNDC California SVP of Spirits.

“I am honored to be appointed to this position and taking on its new challenges,” Boeck says. “I will continue the tradition of culture that empowers my team to Win with Suppliers and Own the Market as we continue on our journey to be the distributor of choice.”

Boeck is a graduate of Lamar University with a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences. He begins his new role effective immediately.
