The site includes an all-new Customer Recovery section, providing articles and resources that address challenges still facing restaurants, bars, retailers and other hospitality businesses as they adjust to a new way of operating.
On-premise content includes updated operating checklists, to-go and delivery programming, and marketing and business optimization best practices.
Off-premise content includes numerous guides for retailers looking to transform their businesses by leveraging e-commerce and other digital strategies.
A social media section offers tips for both on- and off-premise customers looking to either get started or evolve their social media marketing programs.
Resources still available on the site include links to third-party services and updated COVID-19 information, a Virtual Education calendar and information about Southern Glazer’s Proof e-commerce platform.
