Republic National Distributing Company has agreed to purchase Opici Family Distributing of Florida, effective March 1, 2021.
“We are excited about the purchase of Opici Family Distributing of Florida as it expands our fine wine and craft spirits portfolio, as well as our relationship with Opici family,” says RNDC Chief Operating Officer Bob Hendrickson. “The Opici family has been a successful distributor in Florida since 1980 and we are proud to carry on that tradition on their behalf under the RNDC name.”
Along with this purchase, Opici Wines and Spirits, the supplier arm of the Opici family, will be distributed by RNDC in Florida, Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, New Mexico and South Carolina.
