RNDC Names Corporate Operations Leaders

Republic National Distributing Company (RNDC) has announced the next level of leadership appointments for the integrated RNDC/Young’s Market Company Corporate Operations Team, led by Steve Feldman, Corporate Executive VP, Operations.

Feldman joined Republic National Distributing Company as a Management Trainee. He has more than 35 years of industry experience in all areas of operations, including distribution, warehousing, logistics, transportation, office administration, supply chain management and facility planning. Moving forward, Feldman will continue to be responsible for these functions across RNDC and Young’s Market Company.

Leading the Warehousing and Transportation services at the corporate level is John Friel, VP Warehousing and Transportation. Friel has been with RNDC for more than 19 years, beginning his career with the company as the Distribution Manager in northern Virginia. Friel will continue to work with all markets to provide leadership and oversight of all warehouse, distribution and transportation functions.

Leading and providing oversight of daily operations is Guy Griffith, VP Operations. Griffith joined RNDC in 1993 as a Management Trainee and has held several Operations Management positions. Griffith will support daily operations, including financial review and analysis, office administration, customs and supply chain, safety and other processes.

Stef Kirshenbaum, VP Facility Planning, who has almost 40 years of experience, will continue to provide support and oversight for facility and systems design and operations.

Scott Senatore has been appointed Director, Customer Experience, and will oversee all Customer Service and Trade Accounts Receivable activities, working with customers in California, Arizona, Washington and Oregon. Senatore has years of experience managing call center operations, and has been with Young’s Market Company for more than two years.

Ryan Wisotzkey will assume the role of Director, Inventory Management. Wisotzkey has been with RNDC for just over a year, joining the company after eight years with Under Armor. He will be responsible for improving the organization’s inventory management effectiveness, days on hand performance, and overall profitability through collaboration with suppliers and RNDC leaders.

The Corporate Operations team continues to report to RNDC COO Bob Hendrickson.
