Overview:
Be the central communication point for the Trade Development Director. Support Trade Development and Sales management team with reporting, administrative and monitoring support in order to develop and nurture an “information rich” environment lending itself to the successful accomplishment of the team’s objectives.
Responsibilities
Required Duties:
- Work with Trade Development to optimize the monthly execution tracking process (inputs) and reporting functionality (outputs).
- Provide ad hoc reporting for Trade Development and sales teams
- Produce and provide all sales materials as needed
- Assist in maintaining channel activity and execution calendars
- Produce custom selling tools as required for execution
- Develop monthly and quarterly sales meeting content
- Assist with market survey process and report summary
- Manage all POS logistics and inventory
- Assist with various reports and projects as needed by management;
- Provide administrative support as needed to Trade Development team
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Required Skills/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Excellent MS Office skills
- Excellent communication skills (Verbal and Written)
- Excellent organizational skills
- Sound judgment and problem solving skills
- Excellent analytical skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Industry knowledge and knowledge of Liquor Board Regulations desired
Physical Demands of Job:
- Frequent hand motion to perform various duties
- Occasional lifting and carrying up to 45 lbs.
- Occasional immediate reaching, minimal overhead reaching to perform various duties
- Occasional standing and occasional walking for short amounts of time to perform various duties
- Extended sitting for long periods of time at desk or workstation
