Lead and “Set the Standard” for Business Intelligence team with regard to Reporting Execution and Program Tracking; Program Measure and Evaluate; Supplier Analysis and Stakeholder Review; Retail Analytics, Business Insights, CRM; Commercial Empathy and Collaboration; AdHoc Reporting.

Lead and direct the design, development and implementation of business intelligence solutions through data analytics.

Lead and collaborate with cross-functional departments on the design, selection and implementation of business intelligence applications.

Enable and direct the Business Intelligence Program Management Process between Corporate, Region, and Divisions with particular focus on the value-add to each.

Assess documented project requirements to translate them into functional and non-functional specifications for BI reports and applications.

Responsible for proper execution of corporate and supplier program execution.

Internal expert for Consumer Insight Analytics and market trends.

Lead and Direct SGWS resources to design multi-dimensional models, including the construction of Data Views and Reports.

Provide and advise leadership on data-driven solutions addressing business opportunities.

Ensure that the use of business intelligence applications enhances business decision making capabilities.

Work with and direct the IT project teams on efficient project resolution.

Create and update project plans to report the progress to all stakeholders.

Identify data quality issues and support the data governance initiative by participating in necessary activities including data profiling.

Determine testing needed to assure the functionality and integrity of reporting solutions, create test plans, and evaluate testing results taking corrective action as necessary.

Establish, implement and monitor reporting and documentation standards to ensure uniformity throughout the organization.

Evaluate and direct the implementation of security models that ensure compliance.

Conduct high-level analytical support for requested reporting.

Overnight travel as required.

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or related area.

5+ years’ experience in Business Intelligence, Business Analytics and/or Sales Forecasting.

3+ years direct supervisory experience.

Proficient in all aspects of Microsoft Office Suite with an emphasis on Excel.

Experience in data visualization tools such as Tableau.

Experience with dimensional data models and data marts.

Experience with SQL server, including scripting and SSRS reports.

Able to organize priorities and work under deadlines while producing a high quality result.

Demonstrated ability to inspire, coach and lead a team of direct reports while working as part of a team.

Strong analytical skills, able to communicate both verbally and in writing.

Knowledge of applicable state regulations and adult beverage market dynamics.
-
Master’s Degree.
-
7+ years’ experience in Business Intelligence, Business Analytics and/or Sales Forecasting at a managerial level.
-
Five or more years’ experience in the adult beverage industry.
