Cider for a Cause Partnership

2 Towns Ciderhouse and Columbia Distributing today announced their partnership to benefit two non-profit organizations throughout April – Friends of Trees in Oregon and Tilth Alliance in Washington.

Throughout the month of April, for every case of canned product sold in Oregon, the ciderhouse and its distribution partner will each donate $1 to the Friends of Trees.  The same scenario applies in Washington – for every case of canned product sold, a total of $2 will be donated to Seattle-based Tilth Alliance.

2 Towns Ciderhouse began in a small 900 sq. ft. garage and has become one of the country’s favorite craft cider makers.

“2 Towns Ciderhouse is proud to team up with our distribution partner, Columbia Distributing, to benefit two great non-profit organizations; Friends of Trees in Oregon and Tilth Alliance in Washington,” said Lee Larsen, CEO and founding cider maker at 2 Towns Ciderhouse.  “We feel that the missions of these organizations contribute to making the Northwest truly special by increasing availability of green spaces and sustainable agriculture, and as a Northwest-grown company we are excited to offer our support.”

“We’re honored to partner with 2 Towns on this effort, not only because it’s a great opportunity to give back, but it’s with a company that’s remained committed to its Northwest roots,” said Mark Walen, Chief Marketing Officer at Columbia Distributing. “2 Town’s success is the result of the love they’ve shown their community. This is another meaningful mission and we’re proud to be involved.”
